You will be enrolled in our monthly membership program. Your credit card will be billed every month on the anniversary of your enrollment. Members enrolling from the 29th to the 31st of the month will be charged every 28th of the month.
If you are on the month-to-month membership program, you must notify Waves Car Wash five days prior to the billing date, or you will be charged for that month. Your membership will also renew automatically, unless it is cancelled prior to the anniversary of the date of enrollment. To cancel your membership, please email info@waveswash.com or go to Manage Account, or come into the car wash and fill out a cancellation form.
The **Unlimited Club Program** is per vehicle. You must enroll each vehicle you plan on using. If you are caught using multiple vehicles without notifying Waves Car Wash, you will be charged for the washes that were not used on the primary car and your membership will be cancelled. The membership is transferable to a new vehicle twice a year, free of charge. After that, there is a **$20 transfer fee**. Waves Car Wash can terminate the program at any time.
You must notify Waves Car Wash when canceling. All credit card chargebacks will be subject to a fee of **$50 per chargeback**.
Waves Car Wash may adjust pricing in the future. Customers will be notified of all pricing changes by email or text and will be notified by a clear posting at Waves Car Wash at least 30 days before prices take effect. Waves Car Wash may close early either due to weather conditions, mechanical failure, or other issues. Waves Car Wash will not issue credit should the car wash be closed during normal business hours. Waves Car Wash reserves the right to terminate or modify the program at any time.
